Refund & Return

Products

We do not accept refunds for change of mind; however, if for some reason your item is damaged while in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item. All products are quality checked prior to dispatch, and while we always endeavor to deliver a perfect item, what happens when the goods are dispatched is unfortunately out of our control.

 

If you intend to seek a replacement or exchange of the damaged product, please email us at expert@maralbeauty.com.au to obtain prior approval. Please include the order number, reason for the return, and provide supporting photos of the damage.

 

Returns will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. In the event that a refund (excluding the initial delivery charge) is given, it will be made against the original debit/credit card used.

 

Please note the shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded except when a product is faulty or delivered as a result of our error. All products are quality checked and photographed prior to dispatch.

Booking and cancellation
Our policy mandates a refundable $100 booking fee for all appointments, provided there’s no cancellation within 48 hours. To reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so or missing the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Clients will receive a confirmation SMS 48 hours prior to their appointment to confirm, cancel, or reschedule within the given timeframe. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made, though we understand unforeseen situations may arise. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to serving you with exceptional service.

Gift Vouchers
Our gift voucher policy stipulates that these vouchers are valid for use on full-priced items only, and they cannot be redeemed for sale items. Furthermore, gift vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by a single individual, not split between multiple people. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with these terms to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience with our offerings. Store Credit
If you have purchased a treatment plan and have already utilised some of the services but choose to cancel the remaining services within the same plan, the following conditions will apply: The used treatments will be calculated at their full price, and any remaining amount may be credited towards the purchase of full-priced treatments or products. Please note that treatments within the Treatment Plan cannot be swapped; if you require a different treatment, it will need to be purchased separately. In exceptional cases, the therapist may need to change your scheduled treatment; in such instances, any price difference resulting from the change must be paid or credited accordingly. Additionally, please be aware that store credit cannot be transferred or shared between individuals. If you have any questions or need further clarification, feel free to reach out to us.
